Unbelievable, direct ocean views can be seen from this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa. Located on the fourth floor overlooking the pool, this villa features a light and bright décor.

The master suite, located to the right of the living area, has a King bed and a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub, double vanity and a separate shower. There is also a 32" TV with Netflix streaming and Blu Ray player, ceiling fan and access to the balcony shared with living room. The second bedroom located off the kitchen has a Queen bed and a twin daybed with twin trundle, and a 32" TV with DVD. It also has its own private bathroom with tub, glassed in separate shower and double vanity. The large third bedroom is on the left as you enter the condo and has two Queen beds, a small glass topped table and two chairs, perfect for writing postcards or planning the next day’s activities. This bedroom has 32" TV with Netflix streaming, DVD and access to a private balcony where a chaise lounge and separate chair make the perfect spot to take in the fabulous view of the beach and ocean. This bedroom also has its own private bathroom complete with double sinks and tub.

The spacious living/dining area provides access to the balcony which is shared with the master bedroom. The entire living, dining and kitchen area is all tiled. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a raised bar area with four brand new bar stools. The nearby dining area features a table with 8 chairs, making this the perfect spot for dining or for playing games. The large living area offers two full size couches and an oversized leather recliner/rocker. There is also a sizable desk with comfortable chair for getting a little work done or staying in touch with family and friends. A 55" Roku TV makes this the perfect area for all to gather and relax!
