Exterior Project: This construction project is scheduled to continue through April 5th, 2025. This project may impact quiet enjoyment and parking. If you are considering renting during this time, please contact our office for updates regarding the projects progress. Projected completion dates on the Ocean Side of Sea Crest, Building 1 = Jan 8th, Building 2 = Jan. 17th, Building 3 = Jan 31st.
Lagoon Repairs: Lagoon repairs are currently underway for the foreseeable future. The lagoons have been drained, cleaned, and the liner is being replaced. There is no estimated completion date at this time.
