This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is located on the 3rd floor and features extraordinary views of the ocean and beautifully landscaped gardens. 1302 Sea Crest provides guests with spacious comfort and plenty of room to relax, unwind and enjoy the resort atmosphere.

When entering the villa, the King bedroom is off the foyer to the left. This bedroom has a 43" flat screen mounted TV, walk-in closet and a private bath with a garden tub, separate shower and granite double vanity and nice cabinets and a private balcony. The second bedroom is to the right off the foyer and features two Queen beds, also has a 40" flat screen TV, and spacious bathroom with a granite vanity and cabinets that is shared with the hall.

The fully equipped kitchen has gorgeous granite counters and a breakfast bar that seats three. The adjacent dining table seats 6. The large living/dining area has plenty of seating with a navy blue couch with Queen sleeper (and a 5" memory foam mattress) and a leather recliner. There is a sliding door to the balcony, where guests can relax after a day at the beach, pool, golf, tennis or sightseeing and exploring. The owners have added coastal touches throughout the villa to make you feel like your on the perfect ocean getaway and you will definitely want to come back year after year to experience this wonderful villa.
