2305 Sea Crest is a stunning one bedroom, one and a half bath villa on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Located on the third floor, this Sea Crest villa has been completely updated throughout including porcelain tile flooring that leads from the foyer to the kitchen, dining/living room area, and bathrooms. Contemporary in design, 2305 Sea Crest will please even the most discriminating vacationer. A balcony off the living room has two chairs and offers a wonderful view of the ocean, along with tropical landscaped shrubs and palm trees that surround the property.

From the front entrance of the villa there is the half bath with a pedestal sink that is conveniently located near the living area. To the left of the entrance is the master bedroom carpeted and decorated in a soothing color scheme. There is a king bed, flat screen TV, and an upholstered bench. A walk-in closet provides storage for a twin rollaway bed for an extra guest. The renovated private bath provides a large walk-in shower and double vanity.

Guests will feel inspired to whip up a gourmet meal in the newly updated kitchen featuring white quartz countertops, large sink, and a breakfast bar with 3 stools and pendant lights. There is a gorgeous wood dining table with a granite top and 4 rattan seats. In the living room there is a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, two chairs and a 65" flat screen TV with Blu-ray DVD player.

The Sea Crest Resort is located just steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and offers a variety of amenities such as two oceanfront pools, hot tub, children’s pool, fitness center and beautifully landscaped gardens. You are also within walking distance of Coligny Plaza where you will find over 100 shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

Exterior Project: This construction project is scheduled to continue through March 15th, 2025. This project may impact quiet enjoyment and parking. If you are considering renting during this time, please contact our office for updates regarding the projects progress. Projected completion dates on the Ocean Side of Sea Crest, Building 1 = Jan 8th, Building 2 = Jan. 17th, Building 3 = Jan 31st.

Lagoon Repairs: Lagoon repairs are currently underway for the foreseeable future. The lagoons have been drained, cleaned, and the liner is being replaced. There is no estimated completion date at this time.
