You could not ask for a better escape! Tastefully appointed and recently renovated in 2024 with new flooring throughout, new kitchen, new living room furniture and new bathrooms! 3504 Sea Crest is a direct oceanfront villa located in the Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is spacious and bright, with large windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

The main living area has plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing after a day on the beach or catching up with extended family in the mornings. There is access to a balcony via a sliding glass door with a table and four chairs, perfect for drinking coffee while listening to the waves crash on the shore below. A wall-mounted, 38" cable TV and DVD player are available for restful evenings. The Queen size sleeper sofa provides an additional bed for guests.

The brand new fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for making a quick breakfast or complicated dinner, including brand new kitchen cabinets, new floors, white granite counter tops and four bar stools. Just off the kitchen is the glass top dining table with four chairs and a bench, comfortably seating 6 guests.

The master bedroom, off to the right of the foyer, features a King bed, new floors, private oceanfront balcony, 42"SMART TV and a twin sleeper sofa chair. The newly renovated private bathroom has a double vanity and large walk-in shower.
The the left of the foyer is the guest bedroom with two Queen beds, 32" SMART TV and has private access to the shared hall bathroom. Newly renovated as well, this bathroom offers double vanity, new tub and new walk-in shower.

The Sea Crest Resort is located just steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and offers a variety of amenities such as two oceanfront pools, hot tub, children’s pool, fitness center and beautifully landscaped gardens. You are also within walking distance of Coligny Plaza where you will find over 100 shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Sea Crest is one of the premier Hilton Head Island resorts.

Exterior Project: This construction project is scheduled to continue through April 5th, 2025. This project may impact quiet enjoyment and parking. If you are considering renting during this time, please contact our office for updates regarding the projects progress. Projected completion dates on the Ocean Side of Sea Crest, Building 1 = Jan 8th, Building 2 = Jan. 17th, Building 3 = Jan 31st.

Lagoon Repairs: Lagoon repairs are currently underway for the foreseeable future. The lagoons have been drained, cleaned, and the liner is being replaced. There is no estimated completion date at this time.
